If you send us an email request we will do our best to track your order through each vender. Since items come from various vendors, it can be difficult to track your order.

We do offer discount codes that can be found on the back of business cards, direct mail postcards or will be published in some written advertisements. We will make every effort to pass on discounts that the vendors provide-please check the home page for any specials. Are items returnable? TOP
No, personalized items are not returnable. If there is an issue with your order please email us and we will do our best to rectify the issue.
All nonpersonalized items must be returned within 10 days of receipt (full refund minus original shipping costs). Items may not be worn or removed from original packaging. Do you offer a catalog? TOP
Yes, many of our vendors do offer catalogs that may contain some or all of their current products. Please email us with your name and address and we will be happy to send them to you. What are the shipping costs? TOP
